All appointments must be secured by a valid credit card.
Out of respect to our other customers and our staff, please notify the salon within 24-hours if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Appointments can be canceled and rescheduled with our website tool above, but in case you are having any problems, you can always text or e-mail us at (773) 598-9095.
Clients with late cancellations and no-shows will be charged 50% of the scheduled services total to the credit card on file.
Appointments made in advance are highly recommended, especially pre-booking your next appointment upon checkout. You will receive reminder text message or e-mail the day before your appointment.
